Biography
Gary Palmer MD, MBA oversees all of Actelion’s Medical and Regulatory activities in the United States. Gary has been in the pharmaceutical industry for more than 20 years . He has supported a significant number of products in a number of disease states across therapeutic areas that have included Cardiovascular, Metabolic Disease & Diabetes, Oncology and Neuroscience. Gary received his MD Degree (MBBCH - Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery) as well as his Masters in Business Administration (MBA) in South Africa at the University of the Witwatersrand in Johannesburg. Prior to joining the pharmaceutical industry, he practiced medicine in Emergency Care, Gynecology and Family Practice in South Africa. Gary is located in Actelion's South San Francisco office
