Biography
Mr Liu has 25 years of financial experience in the oil and gas industry with Sinopec oil company headquarters and subsidiaries. Prior to joining Addax Petroleum in July 2016, he worked for SIPC (Syria) Limited & JV as Chief Financial Officer for four years, having been promoted from his HQ role in Beijing. In total, Mr Liu spent ten years in head office finance positions, having had several Finance roles with Shengli Oilfield Company. Mr Liu is a citizen of the People’s Republic of China. He holds a Master in Management Science and Engineering from the China University of Petroleum.
