Biography
Mr van Roosmalen joined Addax Petroleum in the role of Vice President Legal in April 2017. He has over 30 years of international oil & gas experience and held various legal management/leadership roles in Shell Head Quarters and with Shell operating companies in the Netherlands, Indonesia, Hong Kong and China, the Philippines and Kazakhstan. Before joining Addax Petroleum he was Legal Director of North Caspian Operating Company, the operator of the Kashagan project in Kazakhstan. Mr van Roosmalen is a Dutch citizen and holds a Bachelor and Master of Laws degree from the Erasmus University of Rotterdam and a Master of Laws degree from the London School of Economics.
