Biography
A seasoned HR professional with over 15 years work experience in compensation, benefits, performance management, recruitment, learning & development, employee/industrial relations in West Africa and Europe cutting across energy (oil & gas), telecommunication and banking industries/sectors. Presently leading a team responsible for the design, development and administration of compensation and benefits programs/plans, and the delivery of HR services.
