Biography
He joined Alcon in 2000 as Manager of Production Maintenance in Alcon’s Fort Worth Manufacturing Technical Operations (MTO). From 2000 to 2007, Dave has held Engineering and Manufacturing leadership positions of increasing responsibility within Alcon’s Fort Worth North and ASPEX sites, located at Alcon’s Fort Worth, Texas global headquarters. In 2008, Dave was promoted to the position of Site General Manager, Fort Worth North manufacturing site. In 2010, Dave was appointed Vice President of Global Engineering. Dave was appointed General Manager of Alcon’s Houston, Texas surgical manufacturing facility in 2011. In 2013 Dave was promoted cross-functionally to the role of VP Quality Operations for Alcon’s Pharmaceuticals and Contact Lens Care business, responsible for the quality function for the Pharma Franchise and sites in the United States, Mexico, France, Belgium, Spain, Singapore, and Brazil. Dave transitioned to Vice President of Manufacturing Technical Operations for Pharmaceutical and Lens Care in 2015, with responsibility for the manufacturing function for the Pharma Franchise and sites in the United States, France, Belgium, Spain, Singapore, and Brazil.
