Biography
Ms. Marsha H. Fanucci served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Millennium Pharmaceuticals Inc., since July 2004 and also served as Principal Accounting Officer. Ms. Fanucci served as Senior Vice President of Finance and Corporate Strategy at Millennium Pharmaceuticals Inc. from October 2003 to July 2004 and served as its Vice President of Finance and Corporate Strategy from July 2003 to October 2003 and Vice President of Corporate Development from July 2000 to July 2003. From 2000 to 2009, Ms. Fanucci served at Millennium Pharmaceuticals in a number of executive leadership positions. Ms. Fanucci contributed to a series of strategic processes, advanced investment-stage Millennium to profitability and was instrumental in the acquisition by Takeda Pharmaceutical Company in 2008 for $8.8 billion. Ms. Fanucci served as Vice President of Corporate Development and Strategy at Genzyme Corp. She held senior management positions at Arthur D. Little Inc., including Vice President, Managing Director and Director. She has been a Director of Ironwood Pharmaceuticals, Inc. since October 2009. She has been a Director of Syros Pharmaceuticals, Inc. since October 19, 2015. She has been a Director of Alnylam Pharmaceuticals, Inc. since December 2010 and FORMA Therapeutics, Inc. since October 2014. Ms. Fanucci served as an Independent Director of Momenta Pharmaceuticals Inc. since March 16, 2005 until December 31, 2016. Ms. Fanucci received her Bachelor of Science degree in Pharmacy from West Virginia University and her Masters in Business Administration from Northeastern University.
