Peter Gray

Biography

 Mr. Peter Gray served as Chief Executive Officer of ICON Public Limited Company (ICON plc) from November 2002 to September 30, 2011 and its Group Chief Operating Officer from June 2001 to November 2002. Mr. Gray served as the Chief Executive Officer of Prevalere Life Sciences Inc., and its subsidiaries from November 2002 to October 1, 2011. He served as the Group Chief Operating Officer of ICON and its subsidiaries from June 2001 to November 2002 and Chief Financial Officer from June 1997 to June 2001. He served as the Finance Director of Unidare Plc from November 1991 to June 1997. He served as the Finance Director of Food Industries Plc. From 1983 to 1989, he held various positions with Elan Corporation Plc, including Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. He has an exceptional breadth of management experience and customer relationships in the CRO industry. He has over 30 years experience in the pharmaceutical services industry and has also worked in the engineering and food sectors. Mr. Gray has been the Chairman of the Board at UDG Healthcare plc since February 7, 2012. He has been the Chairman at Aptuit LLC since November 28, 2016 and has been its March 2015. He serves as Chairman of Teckro, Inc. He served as Vice Chairman at ICON Public Limited Company from October 1, 2011 to July 19, 2012. He has been a Non-Executive Director at UDG Healthcare plc since September 28, 2004. He has been an Independent Director at Jazz Pharmaceuticals Public Limited Company since May 2, 2013. He has been a Non-Executive Director of United Drug Plc since September 28, 2004. He has been Director of ICON PLC since June 1997. He served as Director of ICON Public Limited Company from June 1997 to July 19, 2012. He served as a Director of Beacon Bioscience Inc. He became a Chartered Accountant in 1980. Mr. Gray holds a Degree in Law from Trinity College Dublin of The University of Dublin in 1977.
