Biography
Barbara Saskia Schielke joined Swiss Post in 2003. Since graduating with a master's degree in industrial and organizational psychology, she has been working for Swiss Post in various strategic HR-roles and leading companywide HR-related projects. Before joining Asendia, she was a member of the HR-leadership team in the logistics department of Swiss Post, taking responsibility for employment regulations, total compensation, HR-marketing and HR tools. Barbara also holds a master’s degree in Human Capital Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Law. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family, especially on motorhome trips and biking tours.
