Biography
Mr. Herbert Kumbartzki has been Member of the Executive Board and Head of Finance and Risk Management of Basellandschaftliche Kantonalbank since October 1, 2010. He served as head of HR and Chief Investment Officer with CIC Bank, Switzerland; Chief Investment Officer with Bank Ehinger (UBS), financial analyst and portfolio manager UBS. He is a Certified Financial Analyst with a Bachelors degree in Theology and Philosophy and Bachelors degree in Economics. He graduated from Fachhochschule Nordwestschweiz with an Executive Master degree in Human Resources Management.
