Ms. Doris Greiner has been Non-Executive Independent Director of Basellandschaftliche Kantonalbank since 2002. She is Deputy Chairwoman of the Audit and Risk Committee at the Company. She is Swiss certified public accountant. She holds a Bachelors degree in Psychology with subsidiary subjects Economics/Business Administration and State/Private Law, and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business and Economics.
