Biography
She Biogen from Shire PLC, where she had served as Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer since 2014. Prior to joining Shire, Dr. Gregory held executive-level human resources positions for several multinational companies across a variety of industries, including Dunkin’ Brands, where she served as Chief Human Resource Officer; Novartis, AG, where she was the division head of Human Resources for Novartis Vaccines and Diagnostics, Novartis Consumer Health, and Novartis Institutes of BioMedical Research from 2005-2012; and Novo Nordisk, where she served as Senior Vice President, Corporate People & Organization at the company’s headquarters in Copenhagen, Denmark. Earlier in her career, she held a variety of human resources generalist and specialist positions at Bristol Myers Squibb and served as a consultant with Booz Allen & Hamilton in the area of organization change and effectiveness.
