Biography
Natascha Schill Schulze is the managing director of Biogen Switzerland AG. She joined Biogen in 1996 as a post-doctoral fellow and learned about drug development and commercialization by performing a variety of functions in several therapeutic areas and by working in different settings, including the USA, Netherlands, and Switzerland. After 10 years in the process development and manufacturing side of operations, she assumed leadership roles in Biogen's global and regional commercial and medical affairs organizations. In this capacity, Schill Schulze has headed up several complex projects that have been high-priority "firsts" for the company and required leading and motivating virtual teams of individuals with multiple functions and working for multiple companies in multiple locations.
