Biography
Dr. Martin Schneider, Ph.D. serves as Global Chief Quality Officer of Dishman Carbogen Amcis Limited. Dr. Schneider serves as Global Chief Quality Officer at Dishman Pharmaceuticals and Chemicals Ltd. He is the proprietor and lead partner in Schneider Feldmann AG, patent and brand attorneys. He serves as a Partner in the law firm of Grüter Schneider & Partner. From 1998 to 2006, he held the part-time position of legal secretary to the Federal Appeals Commission for Intellectual Property and from 1994 to 1997, he served as the section head at the Federal Institute for Intellectual Property. Prior to this he worked as a Licence Manager and controller at the Rieter Group, in which position he also worked in France and England. Dr. Schneider serves as Director of Q & ESH at Carbogen Amcis AG. Dr. Schneider serves as a Member of the Board Tradeaccess AG and Schneider Feldmann AG. He serves as a Member of the Supervisory Board LES – Licensing Executives, Member AIPPI (International Organisation for the Protection of Intellectual Property) and Association of Swiss Patent Attorneys. He served as a Non-Executive Director of Art & Fragrance SA (Lalique Group SA) from May 21, 2007 to August 2009. Dr. Schneider completed Doctorate in Law (Dr.iur.HSG) from University St. Gallen in 1989 and Masters in Law (lic.iur.HSG) from University St. Gallen in 1986.
