Biography
Born in 1978, studying economics at the University of Berne, with journalism at the University of Freiburg, graduated from the University of Geneva in Political Science and Research at the Universities of Tartu (Estonia), Belgrade (Serbia), at the University of California in Irvine the Central European University in Budapest. His research focuses on elections, political parties and ethnic politics, with a focus on young democracies. He recently published the book "Territory and Electoral Rules in Post-Communist Democracies" in Palgrave.
