Biography
Mr. Darren M. Keamy has been the Chief Financial Officer of Clinuvel Pharmaceuticals Limited (formerly, Epitan Ltd.) since 2006 and has been its Company Secretary since December 2005. Mr. Keamy joined Clinuvel in November 2005. He has previously worked in key management accounting and commercial roles in Amcor Limited over a period of nine years and has experience working in Europe in financial regulation and control within the banking and retail pharmaceutical industries. He is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a B.Comm.
