Offshore Installation Manager, at ADDAX Cameroon September 2011 - Present Responsible for all aspects, the day to day safe operations of the Addax Mokoko Abana offshore (12 platforms, 123 wells, POB 110) field operations in safely meeting and exceeding the company production target within budget and no harm to people, damage to equipment and the environment. Other responsibilities include but not limited to: Staff development - ensure technology and skill exchange take place within APCC and contractor staff. Ensure timely completion of all audit issues. 100% runtime of process equipment. Ensure adequate parts and replacement of stock. Timely completion of preventive maintenance programs Consistent maximum production rates meet or exceed targets. Establish and preserve “quality working relationships” with staff and field JV partners Identify and implement new technology that will improve field performance Operations/Maintenance Coordinator June 2008 - August 2011 (3 years 3 months) Transferred to Shell Gabon as Production coordinator for 1 year, coordinating daily field production related activities. Field has five gathering stations (four in Rabi and one at Toucan) and a central processing facility. Processing 150 K b/d of which 29 K is oil for Rabi with 235 wells and 20 K b/d gross for Toucan with net oil of 18 K b/d from 33 wells. Team under my supervision is made up of 35 field operators and supervisors, both national and expats. As Maintenance Coordinator, was Responsible for daily field related maintenance in the Shell Rabi/Toucan field. Equipment maintained by my +34 man (expat inclusive) maintenance team includes 7 Turbine driven power gen, 7 gas (Solar turbine driven) compressors, 8 export pump, 7 water injection/Disposal pumps and 15 transfer pumps, utilities air compressors and other production related equipment at the Central processing facility and five gatherings stations in Rabi and Toucan fields Offshore coordinator and asset integrity Manager June 2006 - May 2008 (2 years) Page 2 Focal point for all Technical integrity related processes and activities covering the 12 producing offshore platforms and responsible person for offshore related contracts. Also acted as deputy Operations manager with lots of interface with government stakeholders and other JV partners. Operations/Maintenance Supervisor January 2005 - June 2006 (1 year 6 months) Responsible for the daily operations, coordination and supervision of the 20+ manned operations team offshore. Monitoring of wells, collecting and analyzing production data and performing frontline maintenance on platform equipment. Also had controls of the 2 man wire line team responsible for routine wire line related activities such as gas life revision, pressure/flowing surveys, TIT and HUD verification. Drilling supervisor assistant December 2003 - December 2004 (1 year 1 month) One year broadening assignment with the Pecten/ Shell well engineering group as assistant drilling supervisor working mainly on well recompletion and work over. Responsibilities included assisting the drilling team on material identification, staging and HWO activities in working over a failed ESS. Maintenance Supervisor November 2001 - December 2003 (2 years 2 months) Responsibilities included but not limited to the daily coordination and supervision of the craft (instrumentation, electrical, mechanical and general) maintenance activities and up keep (targeted runtime time if 97%) of all the six solar Turbines driven gas compressor, generators, cranes and other rotating equipment in the Pecten/Shell operated Mokoko Abana field. Also stocking of spares and facilitating the purchasing process of required equipment. Couching and facilitating the training of maintenance staff. Instrumentation Technicain January 1996 - November 2001 (5 years 11 months) Responsible for all instrumentation related activities, including but not limited to inspections, testing and verifications of SCE, proving of export meter and calibration and certification of SRV and PSHL. Monthly LACT (export) meter proving and calibration checks. Repairs of SDV, controllers and training of junior employees assigned to work with me.
