Biography
Patsy Tsao is senior vice president and chief financial officer of DDI. She is responsible for the administrative, financial, and risk management operations of the company worldwide. She leads the finance, accounting, legal, treasury, purchasing, production, property management, and client services functions. She has worked for DDI for more than 20 years, advancing from treasury manager to finance director before being promoted to her current position. Patsy has played a significant role in the development of DDI’s fastest-growing subsidiary in China, where she established systems and the financial and human resources infrastructure. Patsy is bilingual, with fluency in written and oral English and Chinese.
