Biography
Scott Erker is a multi-disciplinary leader responsible for DDI’s U.S. operations, Global Strategic Partnerships program, and manufacturing vertical strategy. Scott developed his global perspective on talent management from working with organizations through consulting and product line management roles and expatriate assignments in Europe and Australia. Provides thought leadership on talent management issues including competency management, talent acquisition, performance management, leadership development, succession management, and talent management analytics. Serves as the executive sponsor for client partners. In this capacity, Scott provides consulting and change management expertise. Advises around the creation of new DDI products, including their business impact and introduction to the marketplace. Education and Credentials Ph.D. and M.S. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the University of Akron Member, American Psychological Association Member, Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology
