Biography
Dr Garrouste completed his M.Sc. in Biochemistry and his Ph.D. in Bioorganic Chemistry at the Université des Sciences et Techniques du Languedoc (USTL) in Montpellier, France (1995). He then joined the Institute of Organic Chemistry, Lausanne, Switzerland, where he was First assistant from 1995 to 1998. In 1998, he joined the Pharmaceutical Development Department at Debiopharm Research & Manufacturing SA. He held first a position of Analytical Development Assistant followed by a position of Head of Analytical Development (2001). In 2004, he took over the responsibility of the department as Drug Research & Development Director.
