Biography
Caryl has 30 years’ experience as a solicitor, spending the majority of her career in-house, advising Boards and Senior Management on all legal aspects of business. She deals with a variety of legal issues including banking, partnership, IP, technology and innovation, commercial and property. Her focus is on corporate governance, M&A and corporate reorganisations. She works closely with the Chairman, shaping the Board's agenda and ensuring the smooth running of the firm’s governance processes.
