Biography
Maxine is Head of UK Transaction Services and a Partner in Financial Advisory. She has been a partner since 1999 and has 29 years of experience with the Firm. Over the last twenty years Maxine has principally worked for large, multi-national corporate clients on a wide range of buy and sell side transactions, including IPOs, bid defence and other public company work. Many of her clients are in the Media and Telecoms sectors including RELX, Liberty Global, Bertelsmann, Pearson, Nokia, Global Radio and Time Warner. Maxine has also supported clients in other sectors including in the resources, pharmaceuticals, diversified manufacturing and business services sectors. Maxine is a member of the Deloitte LLP Board.
