Biography
"Holds a Ph.D. in Natural Sciences from the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology in Zürich (ETHZ). Active in Sales and Marketing since 1989, he joined Helsinn Advanced Synthesis in 1999 as Business Development for the chemical contract manufacturing activities of the Helsinn group. Under his direction as Director of Business Development (since 2004), the contract manufacturing activities of Helsinn have increased significantly, becoming the core business for the Swiss manufacturing site. He joined Cerbios-Pharma SA January 1st 2009 as CEO, renewing the company image with international branding activities and implemented a new strategy promoting innovation in technologies, products and services for both the Chemical and Biological Division. Other positions include: Committee member of the Pharmaceutical Association Ticino since 2009 - Member of the Board of Chemelectiva SA since 2011 - Member of the Board of Lipidor AS since 2015"
