Biography
Peter Germann (born in 1959, Swiss citizen, Master of Arts) has been the EMS Group's Head of Finance (CFO) since 1994 – interrupted by one year as Head of Finance with the Ascom Group – and a member of Executive Management since January 2004. Peter Germann previously held a variety of management positions, his last position being Head of Finance with the Arbonia-Forster Group. Per October 16, 2017, Peter Germann will transfer his responsibilities as Chief Financial Officer to Stefan Baumgärtner. As member of Executive Management of the EMS Group he will then concentrate completely on strategic business development.
