Biography
Matthias Stolze had done his PhD at the Department for Production Theory and Resource Economics, University of Hohenheim. He was the Coordinator of the EU project „Organic Farming and the CAP“, University of Hohenheim. Since 2001 he is Head of the Department of Socioeconomics FiBL.
