Biography
Regula Bickel had done Studies in Food science, ETH Zürich and PhD studies at the Institute of Toxicology, ETH and University of Zürich. she had done Postgraduate Studies in nutrition, ETH Zürich. She was Scientific collaborator at FiBL Control service, Section “BioGene and Food Quality”. Since 2012 she is Coordinator for food quality at the Department of Socioeconomics FiBL,.
