Biography
Sung-Mo Jung is currently working as Professor and Director of G&CT Center. He achieved his PhD in 1998 in Materials Science and Engineering from POSTECH, Korea. He has published several papers on Ironmaking and Steelmaking.
Research Interest
Reaction Equilibria on Ironmaking and Steelmaking, Reaction Kinetics on Ironmaking and Steelmaking, Application of Physical Chemistry to Refining Processes in Ferrous Technology, Development of advanced characterization and microanalysis of ferrous materials and related nonmetallic materials, Development of Standard Reference Materials for accurate analysis of ferrous materials.
