Biography
Michela Ferrari-Testa has been a member of the Board of Directors of the Helsana Group since 2007. She is Vice President of the Board of Directors and a member of the Executive and Remuneration Committee. Michela Ferrari-Testa has been working as an independent lawyer and notary since 1992. She is involved on a part-time basis in teaching and judicial areas, including membership of the cantonal arbitration tribunal verifying the cost-effectiveness of the services provided by doctors. She also holds several political offices on local authority level in the Canton of Ticino. Michela Ferrari-Testa studied law at the University of Zurich (lic. iur).
