Biography
Yves Cuendet has been a member of the Board of Directors of the Helsana Group since 2014, and as part of this function is also a member of the Audit and Risk Management Committee. Yves Cuendet is an independent advisor for the strategic and organisational orientation of SMEs. He was previously a member of the Swiss management of Aon Corp. Prior to that he worked at the André Group and affiliated companies in Switzerland, as well as abroad for 15 years in various positions, most recently as General Secretary. Yves Cuendet obtained a Master of Science degree in economics from HEC Lausanne.
