Biography
Originally being from Switzerland I have worked in Asia and the US before taking my role that now bases me in Germany. In my Plant Manager role, I cover a wide range of topics regularly, from people management to technical aspects, strategy development, stakeholder management and social responsibility programs. The Holcim Leadership Competency model provides good insight for people like me on the skills required to succeed in this business, and over the years, I have been able to develop these through several courses and training programs.
