Biography
Cyrille Lecossois is a Senior Lecturer at Ecole hôtelière de Lausanne, he has been working at the Ecole hôtelière de Lausanne for nearly 12 years. He occupied several positions (Chef, Assistant Instructor, Instructor, and Executive Chef) in the school’s various kitchen departments La ferme, the passerelle, the Berceau des Sens and the Food Court before becoming a Senior Lecturer in Practical Arts.
