Biography
Nicolas Schweitzer is a Lecturer at Ecole hôtelière de Lausanne. In 2004, he graduated from a technical high school where he specialized in hotel/restaurant management before earning an associate’s degree (BTS) in 2006 in the art of food service. Nicolas Schweitzer started his career as the restaurant manager at Chez Pierre in Alsace in 2006.
