Biography
Dr. Stefano Borzillo is an Associate Professor at Ecole Hôtelière de Lausanne, he has received PhD from University of Geneva, he has published many papers in various prominent journals. His main fields of research are communities of practice, processes of knowledge creation, and best practice transfers in organizations.
