Biography
Dr. Steffen Raub is a Professor at Ecole hôtelière de Lausanne, he has received PhD from University of Geneva. Steffen’s research has been published in diverse outlets including the Journal of Applied Psychology, Human Relations, European Management Journal, Journal of Information Technology and International Journal of Hospitality Management, and he is a co-author of a best-selling volume on Managing Knowledge.
