Biography
I am member of the Services Research group at IBM Research - Zurich. My current interests are in the collection and analysis of metric data for monitoring and managing large, distributed systems (e.g., GPFS), as well as fast event filtering and correlation for problem detection. I am active in international, IEEE/IFIP sponsored systems management conferences, serving on organizing and technical program committees (IM, NOMS, CNSM). I am currently an associate editor of the Journal of Network and Systems Management (Springer).
