Biography
Sushil Bhattacharjee is a member of the Biometrics group at IDIAP. He received a PhD from the Signal Processing Lab at EPFL in 1999, on the subject of content based image retrieval. Since then he has held R&D positions at various companies, where he has worked on a range of topics including information retrieval, video-surveillance, and bank-note processing machines. He enjoys working on computer vision and machine learning applied to various problems. His position at IDIAP is currently supported by the H2020 project TeSLA.
