Biography
Jean-Daniel Gerber holds a lic. rer. pol. in economics from the University of Bern. He was awarded an honorary doctorate by the Faculty of Economics and Social Sciences of the University of Bern. Member of the Board of Directors of Lonza Group Ltd (since April 2011) . Chairman of the Association “Swiss Sustainable Finance” (since 2015). VicePresident of the Association “Platform Switzerland Europe” (since 2015). Member of the AO Alliance Foundation (since 2015). Chairman of the Board of the Swiss Investment Fund for Emerging Markets (SIFEM) (since 2011). Chairman of the Swiss Society for Public Good (since 2011).
