  Dr. med. Jens Meyer, with his expertise in the field of obesity treatments, supports the medical ball team of the Medical One in Berlin. As a specialist in internal medicine and gastroenterology, he brings many years of experience in the field of gastric balloon therapy and is thus a competent contact for questions concerning the topic of weight loss with the stomach balloon. career The first step for his medical career was made by Dr. med. Jens Meyer with a study of human medicine at the University of Saarland Homburg / Saar and at the Freie Universität Berlin. In 1991 he received his license as a doctor. Thereupon Dr. Meyer worked for seven years as an assistant physician in the gastroenterological department at the St. Gertrauden Hospital in Berlin. During this time, he was officially recognized as a specialist in internal medicine. In 1998, he joined the hospital Johanneum Wildeshausen for eight years as a senior physician. In 2003, his steady and broad medical education was also officially confirmed: he received doctoral degrees as well as the certificate for bronchoscopy in internal medicine and the additional title of rescue medicine. In 2006 his medical focus on gastroenterology was officially recognized. It is thus predestined for gastric balloon therapy. In the same year, he went to the Hospital of Johanneum Wildeshausen from the Oberarzt to the senior physician of endoscopy. One year later, he finally took his own practice to become a self-employed person and is now available to all medical balloon patients of the Medical One in Berlin with his many years of experience.
