Toni Weitzberg

Biography

Mr. Toni Weitzberg, MBA, serves as a Partner at Nordic Capital. Mr. Weitzberg is a part of the healthcare team. Prior to joining Nordic Capital in March 2000, Mr. Weitzberg served as the Senior Vice President of Europe at the Pharmacia Corporation, with the overall responsibility for Pharmacia and Upjohn's market companies. He has held various positions at the Pharmacia Group. He served as Senior Vice President at Pharmacia & Upjohn Europe and a Member of the Operations Group at Pharmacia & Upjohn from 1997 to 1999, with the overall responsibility for its operations. 1996 to 1997, he served as the President at Pharmacia & Upjohn S.p.A. He served as Senior Vice President at Pharmacia & Upjohn LLC. From 1994 to 1995, Mr. Weitzberg served as the President at Pharmacia Biopharmaceuticals and Member of the Pharmacia AB Corporate Management Group. He serves as Chairman of the Board at Atos Medical AB; Nycomed SICAR S.C.A.; Takeda Pharmaceuticals International GmbH; Nycomed International Management GmbH; Nycomed Pharma AS and Synphora AB. He serves as a Vice-Chairman of the Board of Acino Holding AG at Acino AG. He has been Vice-Chairman of Acino International AG since December 17, 2013 and serves as its Director. He served as the Chairman at Life Technologies AS and ConvaTec Healthcare B S.a.r.l. He serves as the Vice-Chairman of the Board of Acino Holding AG since December 17, 2013. He serves as a Director of ConvaTec Healthcare B S.a.r.l., and Biovitrum AB. He served as a Director of Unomedical a/s, Karolinska Institutet, Biora AB and Invitrogen Dynal A.S. He served as a Director of Convatec Group Plc (alternate name ConvaTec Inc.). He served as a Director of Swedish Orphan Biovitrum AB since 2001. Mr. Weitzberg holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin and a B.Sc. in Economics and Business Administration from the University of Uppsala
