Biography
During the past years, I have contributed to a large number of screening projects in term of data analysis, medicinal chemistry and cheminformatics support. I have worked closely with Novartis scientists in order to develop software such HTS explorer, a tool for chemists that allows viewing and analyzing data from hit lists. Beside the technical support, I have turned screening data into knowledge and helped to track false positives and assay artifacts. For phenotypic screens hits, I have provided quality hypotheses on targets and pathways after carefully analyzing historical data. I have strongly impacted many drug discovery projects by proposing weak hits or focused set of compounds, some of which become leads. I have contributed to the computer-aided design of a compound which entered the clinic last year.
