Biography

BU Manager/ Sales & Marketing Manager France & International with 14 years of experience in health care industry (in Ophthalmology on medical device, pharmaceutical products and OTC/CLC) with international team management (Latin America, Africa, Europe), set up of local and regional organization, sales & marketing strategy, and full P&L responsibility in mature and developing markets. The creation of a team spirit and the team skills development led us to have among the best market share in Europe on strategic products and to become the leader in the different markets under my responsability. My capacities to develop and implement an efficient and adapted sales and marketing strategy with an appropriate resource allocation, to choose the right partners and to lead successful negotiation with the health ministry, distributors and central purchasing have also been key to our success.
