Biography

 Thorsten Becker joined Pharma in March 2013 as Group Controller, CordenPharma. Prior to that, he spent most of his career in the automotive industry, where he held a variety of senior finance positions with Tier 1 suppliers such as TRW and Johnson Controls. This gave him extensive experience in finance and accounting, with a focus on profitability improvement and business redesign. After completing assignments in the UK and the US, he was Finance Director for the European restructuring initiatives. Prior to joining CordenPharma, he had the global finance responsibility for the engineering departments in the interior division of Johnson Controls. Thorsten studied at the University of Applied Sciences Würzburg and at Western Michigan University.
