Biography

 Mr. Bryan Geoffrey Morton, M.B.A., B.Sc., serves as an Executive Chairman of the Board of EUSA Pharma, Inc. Mr. Morton has been the Non-Executive Chairman of Oxford Biotherapeutics AG since June 26, 2013. He has been First Chairman of Aircraft Medical Limited since April 2, 2009. Mr. Morton serves as Chairman of the Board of Glide Pharmaceutical Technologies Limited. He served as Chairman of Oxford BioTherapeutics Limited. Mr. Morton serves as a Member of Board of Directors of Syncona Partners LLP. He served as a Director of ReNeuron Group plc from August 1, 2011 to March 31, 2015. He serves as Non-Executive Director of Oxitec Ltd. Mr. Morton serves as a Non-Executive Director of Protherics Salt Lake City, Inc. He serves as a Member of Advisory Board of Pilgrim Software, Inc. served as Director of EUSA Pharma Inc. and EUSA Pharma (Europe) Ltd. He founded EUSA Pharma, Inc. and was its President and Chief Executive Officer from 2006 to 2012. Mr. Morton founded EUSA Pharma (Europe) Ltd. in 2006 and was its President. He served as the President of International at Jazz Pharmaceuticals Public Limited Company since June 2012. Mr. Morton served as President at Convatec, EMEA. He co-founded Cephalon Limited in 2003 and served as its Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Morton began his pharmaceutical career in sales and has held positions in medical information, marketing, sales management, business development and general management during a 30 year career in the healthcare industry largely at Merck and Co. Inc. and Bristol Myers Squibb. Mr. Morton served as a Senior Vice President and Europe Director of BMS Holdings Bristol-Myers-Squibb. He served as a General Manager of Head Europe Office at Merck & Co Inc. He served as a Product Manager of Nicholas Laboratories. He serves as a Director of Oxtex Limited. He served as a Non-Executive Director of ReNeuron Group plc from October 2008 to April 1, 2014. Mr. Morton served as a Non-Executive Director of Protherics Plc since February 2004. Mr. Morton served as a Non-Executive Director of Dechra Pharmaceuticals plc from January 7, 2010 to July 9, 2012. He has over 30 years’ experience as a successful entrepreneur and senior manager in the pharmaceutical industry. Mr. Morton had significant international experience, having worked extensively in the USA, Australia and Belgium, in addition to the UK and has a rich knowledge of pharmaceuticals and medical devices to this advisory role. Mr. Morton holds an MBA from Durham University and a Graduate of the European Management Programme (INSEAD) and also holds a B.Sc. in Pharmacology from Aberdeen University.
