David K. Beecken

Biography

Mr. David K. Beecken, also known as Dave, M.D., serves as Managing Director of Healthcare Equity Partners, L.P. Mr. Beecken serves as a Managing Director of Beecken Petty O'Keefe & Company. Mr. Beecken is a Partner at Heartland Information Services, Inc. Previously, Mr. Beecken was a Partner at the Beecken Petty O'Keefe & Company. He was a Co-Founder of Beecken Petty O'Keefe & Company. Prior to founding Beecken Petty O'Keefe & Company in 1996, he served as Senior Managing Director of ABN AMRO Incorporated and was an Investment Banker specializing in the healthcare industry from February 1993 to March 1996. Mr. Beecken served as a Senior Vice President-Managing Director, responsible for the healthcare investment banking practice at First Chicago (now J.P. Morgan) and to related joint venture from Dentistry for to 1996. He directed, 25 advisory assignments for healthcare companies aggregating more than $2 billion in transaction value. From 1979 to 1989, Mr. Beecken served as a Managing Director at Smith Barney, Inc. He was also responsible for the healthcare investment banking practice at The First National Bank. He has been a Director of Dentsply Sirona Inc. since February 29, 2016. He serves as Director of Dentistry for Children Management, Inc. He serves on the Board of Paragon Medical, Inc. Mr. Beecken serves or has served on the Board of Directors of Scrips Products Corporation, Paragon Medical, Corizon, AbilityOne Corporation, Spryance, Inc., TeraMEDICA, Inc., Valitas Health Services, Inc., Scrip Holdings Corporation. He served as a Director at ISG Holdings, Inc. He served as a Director of Schick Technologies Inc. since June 2006. He served as Director of Patterson Companies, Inc. from 1985 to July 2005. He served as a Director of Sirona Dental Systems Inc. from June 20, 2006 to February 29, 2016. He served as Director of Reichert, Inc. and TIDI Products, LLC. He served as Director of Heartland Information Services, Inc. He served as Director of Sirona Dental Services GmbH. He served as Director of Spectrum Healthcare Resources, Inc.
