Biography
Mr. Peter N. Magas serves as Managing Director at Beecken Petty O'Keefe & Company. Previously, Mr. Magas was a Principal and Vice President at Beecken. He joined Beecken in 2008. Previously, from 2003 to 2007, he served as an Investment Officer and Director within the Healthcare Finance group at CapitalSource Inc. Prior to CapitalSource, he was with GE Healthcare Finance and its predecessor, Heller Healthcare Finance, where Mr. Magas underwrote and managed cash flow transactions and specialized in underwriting, restructurings and portfolio management. Prior to his healthcare lending experience, he worked in venture capital and health and benefit consulting. He serves as a Director of Absolute Dental Management LLC and Medical Solutions L.L.C. He served on the Board of Hospital Physician Partners, Inc. Mr. Magas received an M.B.A. from Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a B.S. degree in Finance from Miami University in Ohio.
