Andreas Emmenegger

Biography

 Andreas Emmenegger is Co-Founder and Member of the Board of Directors of PIQUR. Andreas serves as CFO and Entrepreneur at Molecular Partners AG since 2007 for which he led its IPO on the SIX Swiss Exchange in 2014. Prior to that, he was CFO of Glycart biotechnology, where he had a leading role in the successful CHF 235 million trade sale to the Roche Group in 2005 and he was Head of Strategic Alliance Finance (Genentech) for Roche Headquarters, Basel, Switzerland. Andreas has over 20 years of experience as a CFO of several public and private multinational companies raising over CHF 500 million equity through primary and secondary public and private offerings, including two IPOs. Further, he has over 10 years of international industry experience in banking, capital markets, M&A and human resources. Since May 2016, he has been a member of the board of directors of the Luzerner Kantonalbank, Switzerland, a top rated (AA S&P) SIX Swiss Exchange listed bank with a market capitalization of around CHF 4bn. Andreas holds a degree in finance and economics as well as Executive MBA degree from IESE Business School, Barcelona.
