Summary Interview, select, review and counsel security officers to maintain order throughout the company. Assign duties and schedule staff. Investigate accidents, thefts, property loss and unlawful activities. Coordinate and monitor for efficiency, safety and security related programs. Be fully conversant with all Departmental Standard Operating Procedures and be competent in executing all tasks. Ensure well-paced ability to maneuver between functions occurring simultaneously.
