Biography
Mr. Walter Frey has been President of the Board of ZLE Betriebs AG since 1997. Mr. Frey served as Chairman of the Management Board and President of the Emil Frey Group in 1969. He serves as Member of Advisory Board of EnBW Energie Baden-Württemberg AG. He has been a Member of the Board of Rhomberg Bau AG since 2006 and Allianz Suisse since 2001. He served as a Director of Roche Holding AG from 2001 to March 1, 2011. He served as a Member of the Swiss parliament from 1987 to 2001 and Zumtobel Staff AG since 1983 until 2003. He served as a Director of Emil Frey Ltd. since 1966. Mr. Frey studied Business studies at the University of Zurich and also at the London School of Economics.
