Vivek Ramaswamy

Biography

 Mr. Vivek Ramaswamy is the Founder of Roivant Sciences, Inc. and serves as its Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Ramaswamy served as the Chief Executive Officer of Axovant Sciences Ltd. from March 2015 to April 7, 2017. He co-founded Campus Venture Network, Inc. in 2007 and served as its President. He was a Partner of QVT Financial LP from August 2007 to May 2014. He was a very well-known leader on the Harvard campus. He serves as the Chairman of Tekmira Pharmaceuticals Corporation. He serves as Non-Executive Chairman of Arbutus Biopharma Corporation and has been its Independent Non-Executive Director since March 4, 2015. Mr. Ramaswamy has been a Director of Axovant Sciences Ltd. since March 2015. He has been a Director of OnCore since August 2014. He has been a Non-Executive Director of Myovant Sciences Ltd. since September 2016. He serves as Director of Roivant Sciences, Inc. He holds A.B. degree, summa cum laude, in Biology from Harvard College and a J.D. from Yale Law School. He graduated from Harvard with Summa Cum Laude and Phi Beta Kappa honors.
