Biography
Dr. Donatello “Don” Rosignoli is an Italian-American national residing in Jacksonville, Florida. He was one of the first classroom lecturers at SBS Swiss Business School when it was founded in 1998, and upon returning to the USA has always lectured in the online MBA Program. He conducts courses in Financial Accounting, Financial Management, Accounting for Decision Making, International Finance, International Business, and International Business Law. He has also taught Accounting and Business Law for many years at the University of the Cumberlands, located in Williamsburg, Kentucky, and briefly lectured advanced taxation at Florida International University in Miami, Florida. He has also published various articles in the field of international taxation in the Tax Adviser and the International Law Review of the University of Miami. Academically, he obtained a B.B.A. in Accountancy Practice from Pace University in New York, where he also attended the “Stern” Graduate School of Business of N.Y.U. Subsequently, he obtained a Doctor of Jurisprudence degree from the University Of Miami School Of Law. Professionally, after obtaining his C.P.A. certificate, he worked as a senior tax manager for Coopers & Lybrand’s, and as senior partner of an international law firm with offices in Miami, London, Zurich and Panama. He is now enjoying retirement with his children and grandchildren in Florida but remains active lecturing online with SBS Swiss Business School.
