Elisabeth Tanke

Biography

Elisabeth Tanke Sugimoto studied Education Science and Ethnology in the University of Göttingen, Germany, where she earned her Master’s Degree in 1994. After a Post Graduate in Psychology she moved to Switzerland, where she started working in psychological counseling and later in different companies in the Human Resources area (payroll, development and management). Since 2005 she has also worked independently with a business partner in customized Human Resources solutions for organizations. In 2012 she founded Holistic Development Network offering individual coaching and courses for business people who want to improve their communication skills and methods and for leaders seeking greater self-mastery and leadership skills.
